Subject to stock availability. We strive to maintain accurate stock counts on our website; however, occasional discrepancies may occur. If we cannot fulfill all items in your order, we will dispatch the available products and promptly communicate with you regarding the back-ordered item. You may choose to wait for restocking or opt for a refund. (Refer to our Refund Policy)
2. Shipping Costs
We offer Flat Fee shipping and Free Delivery for orders above a specified amount. Shipping charges will be collected with the purchase, and this amount constitutes the final shipping cost for the customer.
3. Delivery Terms
3.1 Transit Time Domestically
Domestic shipments generally take 2 – 7 days in transit.
3.2 Dispatch Time
Orders are typically dispatched within 1 business day. Our warehouse operates Monday – Friday during standard business hours, excluding public holidays.
3.3 Change of Delivery Address
Requests for changing delivery addresses are accepted before dispatch. Contact our customer care at [email protected] with a detailed email containing the new delivery address and contact details.
3.4 P.O. Box Shipping
We regret to inform you that P.O. Box Shipping is not available.
3.5 Items Out of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch in-stock items immediately and send the remaining items once restocked.

4. Tracking Notifications
Customers will receive a tracking link upon dispatch to monitor the shipment’s progress.
5. Parcels Damaged In Transit
If a parcel is damaged in transit, please reject it if possible. Contact customer service within 12 hours if the parcel is delivered without your presence. Do not dispose of packaging for 3 – 4 days as we may need to inspect it. We will refund the value of the goods but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid. Refunds will be credited as Reward Points to your Simpural account, usable within 90 days.

We utilize third-party shipping aggregators for delivery. Goods must be signed for upon delivery, and alternative recipients are accepted. The brand assumes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person. Certain couriers may require an OTP for delivery completion, sent to the number provided during order placement. ‘Simpural’ ‘BluOpulency Naturals LLP’ is not responsible for damage after delivery.
