Cancellations, Return/Exchange, and Refund Policy
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations on orders will be considered if the order has not yet been scheduled for shipping. To cancel an order, please send an email to [email protected] with the following information: Name, Email, Mobile Number, and Order ID. For prepaid orders, any refunded amount will be processed to the original source of payment within 7-10 business days, as per our Exchange/Return policies.
Exchange/Return Policy:
While we strive to provide a great customer experience, due to hygiene factors, we cannot accept returns once the order is delivered. However, in the event of damaged/different products delivered, we can initiate an exchange order. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery by calling our customer care number, as mentioned on the Contact Us page, or by writing to us at [email protected].
Damaged or Different Products Delivered:
If you claim a product was damaged during transit or a wrong product was delivered, please email us within 24 hours of delivery at [email protected] with the following details:
• Invoice number
• Details of your request or complaint
• Images or videos supporting the complaint, including Batch details
Please allow up to three weeks from the return date for your exchange request to be processed. Once all details are received, our team will take 5 working days to respond. If your exchange is approved, an authorization number will be provided, and a reverse pick-up will be arranged. For product refunds, once approved, it will reflect in your account within 10-15 days, and an email confirmation will be sent.
All products for exchange must be returned in the original packaging and physically accompanied in the reverse pick-up by the original receipt and a document including:
• Address of dispatch
• Name & Address of the customer
• Order number
• Contents of the package
‘Simpural’ or ‘BluOpulency Naturals LLP’ is not responsible for damage after delivery.
Refund Policy:
We process refunds only in the following scenarios:
1. Product damaged in transit.
2. Different products delivered.
3. Order cancelled before it is scheduled for shipping.

We will refund the value of the goods but will NOT refund any shipping fees paid.
